Concept
The plot of this German- British film is a young European woman in London desperately tries to catch a train to see the Hollywood celebrity George Clooney. She purchases a ticket off a nearby homeless woman and accidentally falls asleep. When she awakes she is locked underground, she then climbs aboard a very empty train that suddenly appears.
Now this is where the film gets going, as she is then hunted by a mysterious creature that lives in the London underground. A terrific film in itself adding in extra content such as a sexually assaulting co-worker, a highly boring and useless security guard and a drug addicted homeless couple. She tries throughout the film to escape this hellish nightmare with the bloodthirsty creature hot on her heels.
Can she make it out alive? Will anybody save her? What does the creature want? More importantly...will she get to George Clooney?!
Review
I'm not too keen on hunted by creature/ monster films, but with the added characters thrown in it keeps the story progressing and not boring. If you like movies like the Wrong Turn franchise or Dead Snow I ask of you please to check this one out.
Creep has been known to be compared to a 1972 horror film known as Death Line, which is a cannibal instead of some creature. The inspiration for this film comes from A Werewolf in London.
If you like slashers, gore and hunted films I highly suggest you find this film. It's not the best by any means but it's fun.
